Want to move differently, step outside your comfort zone, and celebrate your body’s language in a caring space?
Come explore movement through hula-hooping in a playful, accessible workshop open to all levels. Together, we will discover different families of movements and tools for building a connection with the hoop, without pressure and at your own pace. I adapt my explanations to each person so everyone can leave feeling confident and smiling.
In this workshop, I give you the foundation and the ingredients—then it is up to you to create your own personal recipe!
The idea is simply to experiment, play, laugh, take up space, celebrate the diversity of your movements, and listen to the creativity hidden within each one.
Hula-hooping is a beautiful way to disconnect from daily life, stimulate creativity, improve coordination, and reconnect with the present moment. It is also an invitation to reclaim space… one turn of the hoop at a time. 🌈
✨ Saturna Circles has been exploring flow arts since 2019, where movement meets electronic beats. The circle becomes an extension of the physical state—a dance that invites dialogue between the body and the object.
Her mission is to build community and introduce people to object manipulation.
👩🏫 A calm and steady educator, she has had one simple mission since 2023: to make her workshops accessible and rewarding. Her offerings include group introductions, private lessons, and flow-arts laboratories.
