Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your body. Stop by for a free or pay-what-you-can 10-minute chair massage by Toma Massage.

Whether you need a break from the day’s energy or simply want a moment of grounded relaxation, these short sessions are surprisingly restorative. Chair massage is a great entry point into body care for people who struggle with touch or sensory sensitivities. Chair massage is always performed fully clothed, making it an easy and accessible way to receive care on the go. These sessions are entirely consent-centred: we collaborate on pace and pressure, ensuring your boundaries are honoured in a safe environment. To help you fully disconnect from the outside world, you are warmly invited to bring your own headphones or earplugs.

We are also conducting a brief community survey on the barriers queer and neurodivergent people face when accessing massage therapy. Traditional spa culture can often feel exclusionary, highly gendered, or overwhelming. Your insights will help build better, more inclusive wellness alternatives that truly serve our community.

Come exactly as you are, enjoy some restful touch, and help us make massage therapy a safer space for everyone.
