This workshop offers an introduction to intuitive writing and oracle cards through themes such as reconnecting with oneself, emotions, needs, and identity. The program includes grounding, visualization, oracle card reading, mindfulness, and intuitive writing.
By exploring different avenues of expression, participants will be invited to welcome and release emotions that are sometimes buried or repressed. This space is designed to be safe, supportive, and non-judgmental, allowing everyone to settle in, let go, and allow what resides within their inner world to emerge.
