A gathering for queer folks to explore movement(s) and rhythm in nature, with priority given to Black, Indigenous, and other BIPOC community members.
Together, we will connect with our bodies, the land, and one another through accessible, joyful movement in an affirming and welcoming environment. Participants are welcome to bring a journal to write down reflections during, between, or after the session.
Please bring:
• A water bottle
• A blanket or something comfortable to sit on
• A journal and pen for reflexion
The facilitator understands French. Participants are welcome to communicate in either English or French, and we will do our best to support multilingual participation.
We will meet at Angrignon métro at 5:30 PM, wait 10 minutes for everyone to arrive, and then walk together to the site.
Looking forward to sharing this time with you. xo
