Queer Echoes from Iran

Let’s hear queer echoes coming from Iran.

Somewhere between historical erasure, years of oppression, the government’s mass killing of protesters, war, and internet blackouts, five queer Iranian writers share their voices.

Join us for a reading of short stories and poems in the languages in which they were originally written, read by the authors, along with translated English and French versions.

The reading will be followed by a short conversation with the writers and translators.
Refreshments (sherbet) will be served.
