Step into the vibrant world of ballroom culture with this introductory dance workshop designed to celebrate self-expression, confidence, and community. Participants will explore the foundations of Vogue Femme. This class offers a safe, affirming space for all bodies and identities to learn the history, technique, and fundamentals of this style. Bring heels, kneepads, sneakers, a water bottle, or whatever else you may need for a dance class.

Known in the Montreal Kiki Ballroom scene as Broadway 007, Anton May (he/they) is a commentator and Vogue Femme performance walker. They have also walked and won in Face, Runway, Realness, and Sex Siren, showing range across multiple categories. With seven years in ballroom, Anton now serves as a leader and MC in the community.
Outside of ballroom, Anton is a multidisciplinary artist working in acting, playwriting, spoken word, directing, and hosting. As a mentor and community builder, they focus on creating safe, supportive spaces where creativity can grow and queer history is honoured.
