This workshop is a chair dance class where exploration, curiosity, and kindness are prioritized. The goal is to reconnect with our bodies in a healthy way through exercises used while learning choreography. Pleasure and radical acceptance are central. This space is intended to be welcoming, safe, and free of judgment.
