A workshop exploring music as a form of joy, resistance, and transformation. Discover how personal emotions, memories, and lived experiences can become songs, rhythms, and collective expressions of trans liberation. Through her creative process as a Latin American trans artist, Mia will share how art can emerge from struggle, celebration, and community. Inspired by the activism of the Amanda Jofré Travesti Workers’ Union in Chile, this workshop invites us to transform our chants, stories, and movements into art that keeps our collective memory and resistance alive.
